Sparkles offers training to employees to ensure that they are ‘Job Ready’ especially to those who have been out of employment for long periods of time. We are proud to say that we work closely with Cardiff City Council, Cardiff Adult Learning, The Hubs in Cardiff, PACE, The ESOL Teams and many other organisations regarding training and recruitment. We are registered as a Work Trial Employer; A Disability Confident Employer and we have signed up to the Cardiff Commitment Drive which attends local schools to support recruitment and talk about how to start a small to medium enterprise.
At Sparkles Cleaning we take pride in our commitment to professional development. Each cleaner employed by Sparkles Cleaning holds a minimum of NVQ Level 2 certification, along with additional training in COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Health & Safety protocols. Our specialist training ensures that our team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver top-quality cleaning services while providing safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Precise time management is a priority for the Sparkles Cleaning Team. They utilise a GPS-tracked clocking system to accurately log their time at each client’s location. This system not only ensures accountability but also helps in managing lone working situations effectively. By tracking their time with precision, Sparkles Cleaning Team ensures that tasks are completed efficiently and that safety measures are in place for lone workers.
