“I have worked for Sparkles for over 5 years. I love my job within Sparkles and the whole ethos that the company radiates. Sparkles is inclusive, ethical and accessible to all. I'm proud to say that our company is disability confident and supports all team members with any barriers there maybe. From personal experience, I have struggles with childcare as I'm a single parent. I have been supported by the directors and I have the ability to manage my own working pattern which allows me to have the perfect work life balance. Sparkles has given the confidence to grow and develop my skills. I am currently working towards a level 5 QCF qualification and I'm going through numerous training courses to enable me to do my role more efficiently. We have created a safe working environment as a team where we can all express ourselves and communicate with each other.
