With many of us of now thinking of how we can maximise our living space due to the high costs of moving and the cost of living being some of the factors, it’s very common to stay at a property and get the builders in.
A bigger kitchen and open-plan living spaces are the modern way of living as are extensions and attic conversions as they provide us with the much needed space we find we need due to our changing life styles.
The builders carry out the work and will, in most cases, try to keep the dust levels at a minimum. Even when areas are taped off you can still experience a lot of dust from the general building work, plastering and/or black mortar.
This dust will settle and will be very noticeable and what you may not notice is that this dust is in the air as very small particles.
Cleaning completed after the builders work comes in two categories; the after builders clean and the other a Sparkles clean.
What’s the difference? You may need both cleans or just one depending on your requirements.
An After Builders Clean takes place right after the building work is completed, cleaning the dust, plaster and any stickers or plastic that may need to be removed. A Sparkles Clean takes place after the Builders Clean to wash and buff all areas getting it ready for you to use.
