We are proud to say we have just issued our third profit share to our amazing team. Our belief is that our success is down to the hard work of our staff, so they should share in the profits of that hard work. We recognise that many of our team work different hours, as such, our profit share is not determined by the hours worked, as all our team contribute no matter the hours they work.
