We attended a meeting with the Low Pay Commission organised by FSB South & Mid Wales
We talked about how our staff benefit from being paid above the living wage and the additional benefits we offer such as:
- The option of monthly or weekly pay.
- Profit shares.
- Recent pay rise of £12 p/h.
